News Verification : The media had reports that D B Realty Limited may sell 20% stake in its Bandra project to private equity firm. The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company. D B Realty Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We have to state that the reports published in the media are not attributable to the company and are incorrect and cannot be relied upon."30 Aug · Meeting
