Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2008. The Board of Directors have recommended equity dividend as follows: i) A regular dividend of 20% and ii) A special dividend of 40%, thereby aggregating to 60% for the year ended March 31, 2008 subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. Further, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books, will remain closed from September 24, 2008 to September 29, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose.

Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on September 13, 2007. The Board of Directors have recommended a Dividend aggregating to 50% for the year ended March 31, 2007 subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting. The Company has further informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 06, 2007 to September 13, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the above purpose. At the AGM among other items, it is also proposed to seek share holders approval for increase in the FII investment limit in the company from 49% to 60%.
