LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: FRN 30105E/E300284) for FY 2024-25 through postal ballot process. The Board has considered and approved the Postal Ballot Notice and explanatory statement for appointment of statutory auditor and appointment of Mr. Nikhar Jain as director of the Company. The Postal Ballot Notice will also be made available on the Company's website at http://cpil.in/. 3. Pursuant to the provisions of Reg. 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 & Sec. 110 of Companies Act, 2013, the Company is offering e-voting facility to all the shareholders of the Company from Sunday, 05 January 2024 (9:00 AM) to Friday, 03rd February 2024 (5:00 PM) and fixed Friday, 27th December 2024 as the cut-off date for the same. During the period of e- voting, members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date, may cast their vote electronically. 4. Appointed Mr. Amit Gupta (Advocate) as scrutinizer for proposed postal ballot and e voting process.
