Members of the Company in the Court Convened Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, held on March 20, 2010 have unanimously approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s Country Club Bangalore Limited with M/s Country Condo's Limited under the supervision of Sri Tummalapudi Sridhar, Chairman appointed by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh.
