Under Sub Regulation 3 of Regulation 3 of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1466502 (Fourteen Lacs Sixty Six Thousand Five Hundred and Two) Equity Shares (i.e. 12.83% of the fully paid up capital) of Mr. Rakesh Malhotra, Promoter Director of the Company are being acquired equally by way of inter-se transfer by the other two Promoter Groups of Mr. Naveen Sawhney & Mr. D.K. Prashar. This deal is proposed to take place on September 19, 2009.
