Board of Directors at their meeting held on January 28, 2008 approved conducting postal ballot for obtaining consent of the shareholders for alteration of Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and authorising carrying on of the said businesses (as per attachment). In this regard a postal ballot was conducted as per the requirements of Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for the purpose of obtaining the consent of the shareholders.
