HR & Compensation (Nomination & Remuneration Committee) of the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on April 27, 2015, has approved the grant of 60,000 options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006, at an exercise price of Rs. 144.90 per share (being the closing price of the equity shares of the Company on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on the previous trading day) to the employee(s) of the Company on the following terms. 1) The options shall vest over a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of grant. 2) The options shall be exercisable with in a period of 3 Years after the date of vesting. 3) Each option shall carry the right to be issued on equity shares of the Company.
