Kashyap And Sons Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Company has received a declaration dated 05th February, 2010 Regulation 7(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisitions of shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 from the IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited (holding shares under pledge as trustees, for Tata Capital Limited, as security for the loan) 7.49% of the total paid up capital of the Company. The Shares has been pledged by Mr. Vineet Kashyap one of the promoter of the Company in connection with a short term facility availed by the Company. The above percentage communicated to the Company, is based on the paid up share capital of 2,05,44,000 shares of the face value of Rs.5/- each".
