In terms of Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed August 22, 2014 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their votes electronically at the said Annual General Meeting by electronic means. Accordingly, the shareholders of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the Record date for e-voting i.e. August 22, 2014 and not casting their vote electronically, may only cast their vote at the Annual General Meeting.
