Raunaq International Ltd's current holding in M/s Bharat Gears Limited is only 0.03% i.e. lesser than 5%. Pursuant to Regulation 7(1) of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations 1997 that on March 26, 2008, Company has purchased 2,85,000 equity shares of M/s. Bharat Gears Limited, a Group Company, through open market at an approximate price of Rs.50.37/- (Rupees Fifty and Thirty Seven Paisa only) per share. Out of these, 2,76,500 shares have been acquired from Mr. Surinder P. Kanwar, a Promoter-cum-Chairman of M/s Bharat Gears Limited as well as of Raunaq International Ltd (RIL). After this purchase, the shareholding of RIL in M/s Bharat Gears Limited has increased from 2,000 shares (i.e.0.03%) to 2,85,000 shares (i.e. 3.65% appx).
