Copy of the same is enclosed herewith for your record purpose. 2. Approved Notice convening forthcoming AGM, Financial Statement including Boards Report, Annexures to Board's Report and notes thereon for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018. 3. Taking note of Director Mr. Vipul Z. Mandalia (DIN: 02327708) retires by rotation and eligible for re-appointment. 4. The 34th Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 27th September, 2018 at the Registered office of the company situated at 11-B, New Ahmedabad Industrial Estate, Sarkhej Bavla Road, Village- Moraiya, Dist.: Ahmedabad 382 213, Gujarat. At 10.30 A.M. 5. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain closed from Saturday, the 22nd September, 2018 to Thursday, the 27th September, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. 6.
