Aurobindo Pharma Ltd had informed the Exchange regarding the proposal to pass a Special Resolution for amendment of Articles of Association of the Company through Postal Ballot. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot have approved the aforesaid Special Resolution under Section 31 of the Companies Act, 1956 for amendment of Articles of Association by insertion of new Article on Buyback of Shares and Securities as per Section 77A, 77AA and 77B of the Companies Act, 1956.
