The Compensation Committee of the Board at their meeting held on 31.07.2007 considered and approved the following : 1) Under ESOP -2004 Scheme, 16638 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each at a premium of Rs.357.60 per share were allotted. 2) Under ESOP-2006 Scheme 5000 options were granted at a price of Rs. 661.75 per option.
