Vide its letter dated April 06, 2010 that: "We have received intimation dated April 03, 2010 from Mr. Rikiin Bbarot, Executive Director of the Company pertaining to retransfer of 3,00,000 equity shares of the Company in his Depository Account. This will eventually enhance his holding in the Company from 36, 62,030/- equity shares (22.46%) to 39, 62,030 equity shares (24.25%). Further Mr. Rikiin Bbarot had earlier pledged 3,33,335 equity shares of the Company, which were invoked on March 31st, 2009, by SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited to secure the loan obtained by the Company. On repayment of Loan by Atlanta Limited, SREI Equipment Finance Pvt. Ltd. has re-transferred 3, 00,000 equity shares in the account of Mr. Rikiin Bbarot."
