Company has entered into a partnership with Manglam Group for the development of 31 Acres of land situated in Village Manpur Bhatawala, off Tonk Road, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The land will be utilized to develop a residential project comprising of Villas, and G+4 developments with a total saleable area of approximately 13 to 15 lakhs sq. ft. The land is currently 'Agricultural' and the company plans to receive the requisite clearances in this financial year and start development.
