Hon'ble High Court of Jharkhand has allowed our Civil Writ Petition No. 6138 of 2012, against the order of the Special Officer, Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee. The Special Officer, Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee vide its letter No. 1410, dated September 21, 2012, addressed to the company, had asked it to stop construction work on its project namely "Marine Plaza" on plot of land bearing khata no. 622,. plot no. 75, ward No. 1, in Sonari, Jamshedpur. And accordingly, the company had stopped construction on this project. Marine Plaza project consists of hotel with 120 rooms and commercial shops on saleable area of 82,713 sq. ft. Company has entered the Chennai market by signing a Development Agreement, on revenue sharing basis, with Escapade Real Estate(P) Ltd. (A group company of Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd.) a Chennai based real estate company, for development of a 'Senior Living Project' as well as 'Regular Group Housing Project', on 20 acres (approx.) of land with saleable area of 9.70 lakhs sq. ft. (approx.). The proposed project is coming up at Sengundaram village , Maraimalai Nagar, off GST Road, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) .
