Exchange has sought clarification from Arihant Capital Markets Limited with respect to announcement dated 21-Aug-2021, regarding sale or transfer the whole of undertaking of Arihant Lifespace Infra Developers Limited, Arihant Futures and Commodities Limited and Arihant Institute of Financial Education Private Limited at its board meeting held on August 21, 2021. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following: 1. The amount and percentage of the turnover or revenue or income and net worth contributed by such unit or division of the listed entity during the last financial year;2. Date on which the agreement for sale has been entered into;3. The expected date of completion of sale/disposal;4. Consideration received from such sale/disposal;5. Brief details of buyers and whether any of the buyers belong to the promoter/ promoter group/group companies. If yes, details thereof;6. Whether the transaction would fall within related party transactions? If yes, whether the same is done at arms length;7.
