Apar Industries Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the grant of 175,150 Stock Options to eligible Employees / Directors of the Company under the Apar Industries Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2007 (ESOS - 2007). These total options have been vested with the eligible employees from time to time. The Company has now informed the Exchange that in this connection, 75,856 Options which are not exercised by the employees within the prescribed time period as per Scheme have been lapsed.
