Company, on due date i.e. June 14, 2013, has redeemed 1750 NCDs of par value Rs. 250000/-(Two Lac Fifty Thousand) each. The total amount paid on final redemption is Rs. 43.75 Crores (Rupees Forty Three Crores Seventy Five Lacs Only.) After the aforesaid redemption, the Company has completed redemption of entire NCDs amounting to Rs. 175 Crores. The NCDs under the ISIN - INE242C07013 now stand fully extinguished.
