Credit Analysis & Research (CARE) Limited vide its letter dated August 27, 2012, has revised the credit ratings of the Company as 'CARE BBB+ (Triple B Plus)' for the long term bank facilities of Rs. 930 Crores and for the long term NCDs of Rs.425 Crores, which had been issued by the Company on private placement basis.
