  As already informed to you, corporate insolvency resolution process (CIR process) has commenced in respect of Alok Industries Limited (Company) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) vide order dated 18 July 2017 passed by the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench. Mr. Ajay Joshi, who was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) by the NCLT has been confirmed as the Resolution Professional (RP) of the Company on 16 August 2017 by a requisite vote of the Committee of Creditors (CoC), constituted in terms of the IBC.The un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2017 together with the limited review report of the statutory auditors of the Company will be certified and signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and subsequently taken on record by the RP on Wednesday, 14th February, 2018. Subsequently these financial results will be filed with the stock exchanges by the undersigned. Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from 7 February, 2018 to 16 February, 2018 (both days inclusive).
