(PCCL) an unlisted Wholly-owned Subsidiary and Reclamation Welding Limited (RWL), an unlisted Subsidiary of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 subject to the requisite approval of Hon'ble High Court, Gujarat, Ahmedabad and the other Statutory / Regulatory approvals.
