Aban Offshore Ltd. has informed the Exchange that: "At the meeting of the Board of Directors held on Tuesday, the 20th March, 2007, the Board has approved the change in vesting period of Employee Stock Options Scheme - 2005 (ESOS-2005) as follows: The Second Vesting and Exercise of Employee Stock Options granted in the year 2005 which falls due on 15th July 2007 has been changed as 20th March 2007. The Grantees are permitted to exercise the options from 20th March 2007. However allotment will be considered only after obtaining the approval of the Shareholders in this regard".
