Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 31, 2007 has declared an interim dividend of 50% (Re.1/- per share) and fixed August 17, 2007 as the 'Record date' for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the first interim dividend.2 Jul · Dividend
Board in their meeting held on June 30, 2007 have recommended a final dividend of 100% for the year. During the year the Company has paid four interim dividends totalling to 300% and accordingly, total dividend for the year aggregates to 400%.
