Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that trading in the equity shares of Zenith Infotech Limited will be suspended w.e.f. November 21, 2014 (i.e. closing hours of trading on November 20, 2014) pursuant to order dated 13/12/2013 passed by the Hon ble High Court, Bombay, in Company Petition No.28 of 2012, the Official Liquidator attached to the said Court has been appointed as the Liquidator of M/s Zenith Infotech Limited (In Liqn.) with usual powers under the Companies Act, 1956.
