The Company has clarified that "Inspection of plants by regulatory authorities such as US FDA are done in normal course of business and post inspection the authorities provide their observation to the Company on a form called FDA Form 483 . The Company is required to provide its response addressing each observation, based on which the authorities decide the further course of action. The Company s subsidiary Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals Ltd, based out of USA and having a manufacturing plant in Chicago has received FDA Form 483 . Kindly note that issuance of observations per se does not result in any material impact".
