Clarification by Windsor Machines LimitedSignificant price movement has been observed in Windsor Machines Limited.The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company.Windsor Machines Limitedhas vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We would like to clarify that recently there is no occurrence, operational/ performance information, price sensitive information etc. in the Company that fall under the purview of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and which is required to be intimated to the stock exchange(s). Further, we would like to clarify that the company do not have any information/ announcement (including pending announcement) which, in our opinion, may have a bearing on the price/volume behavior in the script".
