Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the company which has been authorized in this regard, vide resolution passed in the committee meeting held on June 02, 2012 has granted 349500 options under VGLESOS 2011 to the eligible employees of the company. The grant of the above option is in line with SEBI (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines 1999 as amended from time to time and as per VGLESOS 2011. The Option shall vest as per the vesting schedule and can be exercised over the exercise period approved by the Compensation Committee.
