The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Saturday, the 17th March 2007 has declared Interim Dividend for the financial period from 1st October, 2006 to 31st March, 2007 @4% i.e. Rs.0.40 per Equity Share of Rs.10/- each on 47,24,48,308 Equity Shares (Free of tax in the hands of Shareholders).
