Shareholders of the Company had approved at their Annual General Meeting held on August 11, 2008 for Sub-Division of the Face Value of the Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each to Equity Shares of Face Value of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) each. Further in this connection, the Directors of the Company have fixed January 09, 2009 as the "Record Date" for Sub-Division of the Face Value of the Equity Shares from Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each to Re.1/- (Rupee One only) each.
