The Company has entered into Memorandum of Understanding with its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e. Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd, on September 28, 201S, However, the existing RTA i.e. Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd.", Mumbai will continue to provide the share registry service to the shareholders of the Company till the change take effect.
