Outcome of Board Meeting held on May 22, 2009 the Board unanimously appointed Mr. N. Kumar, Independent Director as the Chairman of the Company. Mr. N. Rangachary and Mr.S. Krishnamurthy were appointed as Independent Directors to further strengthen the Board. Mr. T.K.Wong Chairman has resigned from the Directorship of the Company.
