Compensation Committee of the Company has granted 100,000 options to an eligible employee under the Strides Arcolab ESOP 2008 Scheme at Rs.323.50 per option (exercise price). The shares covered by such options are 100,000 shares. The vesting period of these options is in a phased manner over a period of 3 years. The options may be exercised within a period of 30 days from the date of vesting.
