In view of pending approval of Scheme of Arrangement before Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the Company had requested Registrar of Companies (ROC) to extend time up to December 31, 2012 for holding Annual General Meeting for the year 2011-12. The ROC vide its letter dated August 21, 2012 had extended three months time for holding AGM. Further, the Company has informed the Exchange that Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide its Order dated August 31, 2012 approved the Scheme of Arrangement. The Company is in the process of preparing consolidated Audited Annual Accounts for the year 2011-12 and the date of Board Meeting will be intimated shortly.
