As per the code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company the Trading Window in respect of the Company's securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/officers/Designated Empoyees of the Company including their relatives from the opening of the trading hours on November 1, 2014 till close of the trading hours on November 12, 2014 i.e. till expiry of 48 hours from conclusion of the Board Meeting of the Company to be held on November 10, 2014.
