There has been an increase in the share holding of the Company by the Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund in the Company by 2.154% as of April 17, 2009. As on April 17, 2009 the aggregate holding of the Schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund in the Company is 8.753% of the paid up equity capital share capital of the Company. HDFC Asset Management Company Limited has given notice to the Company regarding the acquisition of 373,320 shares i.e. 2.154% of Equity/voting rights. Further, the company has submitted to the Exchange a copy of the requisite notice in Form-C of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
