Shriram Epc Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the Amalgamation of the Subsidiary Company Shriram Leitwind Ltd., with the Associate Company - Leitner Shriram Manufacturing Limited. The Company has now informed the Exchange that "At their respective Board Meeting of Leitner Shriram Manufacturing Ltd. (LSML) and Shriram Leitwind Ltd. (SLL) held on 10th July, 2009, a Scheme of Amalgamation was proposed for merger of Shriram Leitwind Ltd. (a subsidiary of Shriram EPC Limited and the transferor Company with LSML an associate of Shriram EPC Ltd., and the transferee Company).
