Clarification by 8K Miles Software Services Limited Substantial increase in trading volumes have been observed in 8K Miles Software Services Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. 8K Miles Software Services Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, There is no announcement or price sensitive information pending to be intimated by the Company to the Stock Exchanges which could have a bearing on the performance / operations of the company nor price sensitive information of the company which are reportable under clause 36 or any other clause of the Listing Agreement with the exchanges which are not shared with the exchanges. We would like to reiterate that the company is compiling with the listing agreement requirements and keep the stock exchanges informed of all price sensitive information as and when they arise.
