Ruchi Infrastructure Ltd. has submitted to the Exchange a copy of disclosure under Regulation 8A (4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 1997, with regard to pledge of 50,00,000 equity shares of the Company from Mr. Dinesh Shahra, as Trustee of Shiva Foundation. Further the Company has informed the Exchange that such 50,00,000 equity shares have been pledged by Mr. Dinesh Shahra (Trustee of Shiva Foundation) with State Bank of India ("the Bank") as collateral security to secure the repayment of corporate loan obtained by Ruchi Infrastructure Limited from the Bank.
