Register of Members and share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from September 26, 2007 to September 29, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and for the payment of dividend to the equity shareholders if declared at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 29, 2007.
