The Peria Karamalai Tea & Produce Company Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"The Board of Directors of the Company in its emergency meeting held on 29th March 2011 has approved sale of 1223093 equity shares held by the company in the Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Limited to IP Holding Asia Singapore PTE Ltd, a subsidiary of International Paper Company, USA."
