Company has raised Rs.117.33 crores through the QIP route and accordingly QIP Issue Committee in its meeting held on January 31,2013 has allotted 19,24,656 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.5/- per share at a price of Rs.609.60 including a premium of Rs.604.60 to the successful bidders who participated in the QIP. It may further be noted that pursuant to the above allotment, the paid up capital of the Company stands at Rs.135459150 comprising of 27091830 Equity Shares of Rs:5/- each.
