Ltd., Templeton Mutual Fund A/c Franklin India Prima Fund have acquired 401882 shares and their holding as of 22nd December, 2006 was 947175 shares i.e. 5.6% of the paid up capital of the Company. We have not received any communication from Templeton Mutual Fund in this regard".
