Exchange has sought clarification from Pfizer Limited with respect to announcement dated 06-May-2017, regarding "Pfizer Limited has informed the Exchange that the Statutory Auditors B S R & Co. LLP would be completing their maximum term permitted under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
