(1) Dividend of 20% on the paid up share capital of the Company declared for the year ended March 31, 2007. (2) Mr. Paras . K. Chowdhary and Mr. O.P. Malhotra, Directors who were to retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting held on July 27, 2007 have been reappointed as Directors of the Company. (3) M/s. Price Waterhouse, the retiring Auditors of the Company have been reappointed as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the said Annual general Meeting till conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on such remuneration as may be mutually agreed between the Board of Directors and the said Auditors.
