With reference to earlier letter dated September 01, 2014 informing about the transfer of Oil Refinery Business of the Ruchi Infrastructure limited in favour of the Company with effect from September 01, 2014, the Company has now informed that adjustment to the consideration ( of Rs. 44.14 Crores ) has been made on the basis of value of assets and liabilities as on completion date and the final consideration for such transfer has been arrived at Rs. 49.79 Crores.
