With reference to Scheme of Amalgamation of SIIL with NMDC Ltd that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), while hearing the petitions filed by the Company, has fixed the final hearing date as the October 06, 2009 at 11.00 A.M before Smt. Renuka kumar, Joint Secretary, Room No. 511, "A" Wing, 5th Floor, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Shashtri Bhawan, New Delhi - 110 001. Further, the Company has initiated actions as per the advice of M/S. Amarchand & Mangaldas, the Legal Counsel appointed for the purpose of Merger.
