Exchange has sought clarification from the Company with respect to announcement dated 30-Jun-2016, regarding the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held has considered and approved: a. Promotion of the existing Chief Financial Officer Mr. Yagnesh Sanghrajka as Business Head New Initiatives (including Robomate+) and appointed Mr. Sanjay Sethi as the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yagnesh Sanghrajka and Mr. Sanjay Sethi would take their respective charge effective from 1st July, 2016. b. Resignation of Mr. Ashwin M. Patel from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer w.e.f 30th June, 2016. c. Appointment of Mr. Dinesh Darji, (having industry experience of 20+ years) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, who would take charge effective from 1st July, 2016. ".On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Reason for change viz. appointment, resignation, removal, death or otherwise;2. Brief profile (in case of appointment);The response of the Company is awaited.
