Exchange has sought clarification from Vedant Fashions Limited with respect to announcement dated 20-Jan-2024, regarding Receipt Of Orders U/S 250 Of Income Tax Act, 1961 From The Office Of The Commissioner Of Income Tax, Appeal, Kolkata. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:1. Disclosure of communication received from any regulatory, statutory, enforcement or judicial authority as per Regulation 30(13) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. The response of the Company is awaited.
