Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation Limited had informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors had fixed March 26, 2007 as "Record Date" for the purpose of Sub-Division of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each into Re.1/- each. The Company has now informed the Exchange that the Board has decided for the reversal of their earlier decision to split shares of Rs.10/- each into Re.1/- each. The Company will get the approval from the Shareholders shortly in the next AGM/EGM regarding the reversal of decision to split the shares of the Company. In view of the above, the Record Date fixed on March 26, 2007 is accordingly cancelled.5 Mar · Corporate action
